Kape Technologies: who it is and what it owns

London-headquartered privacy software group that began as the adware/browser-extension business Crossrider and renamed itself Kape in 2018. It bought CyberGhost, ZenMate, Intego, Private Internet Access and ExpressVPN, plus the VPN review publisher Webselenese. Teddy Sagi's Unikmind, already the majority holder, bought out minority shareholders in 2023 at an implied equity value of roughly USD 1.6bn.
