About SkillOnNet

Malta-based casino platform company that runs its own brands (PlayOJO, SlotsMagic, DrueckGlueck, the ex-Prime Gaming sites) and also powers white-label casinos for partners such as Genting and Slingo. Its UK licence covers about 60 domains, so many 'different' casinos share one operator, one wallet back-end and one compliance team.

Headquarters: Malta · Founded: 2005 · Ownership: private (founders incl. Kfir Chervinski; ultimate shareholders not disclosed)

How we know, and what we could not confirm

How we know: Brazilian company carrying the SkillOnNet name and its BacanaPlay and PlayUZU brands. Brazil-only .bet.br site. MP 1.394/2026 (25 Sep 2026) banned fixed-odds betting in Brazil: sites had to go offline from 6 Oct 2026 and all SPA authorisations end on 25 Oct 2026. The MP still needs approval by Congress and is challenged at the STF.

The ultimate owner (the people or company at the top) is not published.
The owner link comes from press reports; we have not confirmed it in a register or in the brand’s own terms.

64 sister casinos

Same owner often means the same terms, the same support team and the same payout rules. A self-exclusion at one brand may not cover its sister sites.

SkillOnNet also runs 31 white-label sites for partner brands
