- This is an offshore licence. Players get much less protection than under a licence from their own country, and no national self-exclusion register covers the site.

How we know, and what we could not confirm
How we know: Licence holder; brand owner may differ. The site footer says it is held and operated by Famagousta B.V. (Curaçao, no. 152449) under Curaçao licence OGL/2023/155/0098; the Curaçao register lists that licence for Famagousta B.V. Forwards to the numbered mirror cipherwins14.com.
- The owner link comes from press reports; we have not confirmed it in a register or in the brand’s own terms.
10 sister casinos
Same owner often means the same terms, the same support team and the same payout rules. A self-exclusion at one brand may not cover its sister sites.
