- This is an offshore licence. Players get much less protection than under a licence from their own country, and no national self-exclusion register covers the site.

How we know, and what we could not confirm
How we know: One review site names Scores55 Tech B.V. (Curaçao). KatsuBet's own terms (search snippet) say licence no. 0000091 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission, which does not match a Curaçao licence, so the operator is not settled. Another domain, katsuwin.ai, is a separate Anjouan licensee.
- The ultimate owner (the people or company at the top) is not published.
- The owner link comes from press reports; we have not confirmed it in a register or in the brand’s own terms.
2 sister casinos
Same owner often means the same terms, the same support team and the same payout rules. A self-exclusion at one brand may not cover its sister sites.
