How we know: KTO Group (founded in Malta in 2018) shut down in Oct 2026 after the Brazilian ban. Brazil-only .bet.br site. MP 1.394/2026 (25 Sep 2026) banned fixed-odds betting in Brazil: sites had to go offline from 6 Oct 2026 and all SPA authorisations end on 25 Oct 2026. The MP still needs approval by Congress and is challenged at the STF.
