How we know: Boa Lion is the MGM Resorts and Grupo Globo joint venture that runs BetMGM in Brazil (Entain is not a partner here). Brazil-only .bet.br site. MP 1.394/2026 (25 Sep 2026) banned fixed-odds betting in Brazil: sites had to go offline from 6 Oct 2026 and all SPA authorisations end on 25 Oct 2026. The MP still needs approval by Congress and is challenged at the STF.
