About Dama N.V. / Novatrix SRL network

Long-running multi-brand casino operator built on SoftSwiss technology. During 2026 several of its best-known brands switched their footers and terms from Dama N.V. (Curaçao) to Novatrix SRL (Costa Rica) holding a Tobique licence. The link between the two companies is inferred from shared brands, not from a published ownership record.

How we know, and what we could not confirm

How we know: The site footer says oshi.io is owned and operated by Novatrix SRL (Costa Rica, no. 3-102-893958) with Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000002. The Anjouan register also lists Novatrix SRL for oshi.io (ALSI-202508056-FI2). One business-data page names Direx N.V. instead; the site itself does not.

The ultimate owner (the people or company at the top) is not published.

41 sister casinos

Same owner often means the same terms, the same support team and the same payout rules. A self-exclusion at one brand may not cover its sister sites.
