Dafabet started in 2004 under AsianBGE, licensed in the Cagayan economic zone (Philippines), and later held a UK licence through AsianBGE (Isle of Man) Limited. Partners describe Dafabet as a subsidiary of AsianLogic. The international site is now run by Curaçao company Osmila N.V.
