Malta-based online casino and sportsbook operator. NetBet Enterprises Ltd (Malta, C39218) holds the UK licence for netbet.co.uk and the Romanian and Greek licences; NetBet runs French and Italian sites through local companies. Trade press (2016) linked its Romanian business to Cosmo Gaming Company, but no register we could read names NetBet's shareholders. The UK regulator reached a £650,000 settlement with NetBet Enterprises in November 2025.
