Bally's was founded in 2004. In October 2025 it moved its international online business into the Greek lottery firm Intralot and became its owner with about 58%. That company is now Bally's Intralot. It runs the UK Bally Casino and Bally Bet sites, Jackpotjoy and Virgin Games. Bally's also holds the only Rhode Island iGaming licence, live since March 2024.
