FDJ United: who it is and what it owns
France's national lottery operator, which took over Kindred Group (Unibet, 32Red) in October 2024 for about €2.5bn and now trades as FDJ United. The online betting and gaming arm is being consolidated, with Parions Sport online merging onto the Unibet platform in 2026.
