Who is behind it

Kindred started as Unibet in 1997 and grew into a group with 32Red, Maria Casino and several Nordic casino brands. In October 2024 the French national lottery operator FDJ took it over for about €2.5bn. The parent now trades as FDJ United on Euronext Paris. Since the takeover Kindred has left markets where it has no local licence, such as Norway and Poland.
