How we know, and what we could not confirm

How we know: NSX Brasil S.A. (CNPJ 55.056.104/0001-00) held the SPA authorisation (Portaria SPA/MF nº 2.092/2024); Flutter bought 56% of NSX in May 2025. MP 1.394/2026 (25 Sep 2026) banned fixed-odds betting in Brazil: sites had to go offline from 6 Oct 2026 and all SPA authorisations end on 25 Oct 2026. The MP still needs approval by Congress and is challenged at the STF.

21 sister casinos

Same owner often means the same terms, the same support team and the same payout rules. A self-exclusion at one brand may not cover its sister sites.
