Who owns Mr Green?
Mr Green is owned by evoke plc, the London-listed group formerly called 888 Holdings. It came to evoke with William Hill in 2022. The operator is Mr Green Limited, a Malta company with UK Gambling Commission account 39264, but that account's status is unknown. Bally's Intralot has agreed to buy evoke.

Who is behind it
William Hill bought Mr Green in 2019, according to wide press reports that we have not checked again. evoke then bought the non-US William Hill business from Caesars in July 2022.
In 2026 evoke agreed to a takeover by Bally's Intralot worth about £243 million. Shareholders approved it in August 2026. Other approvals were still pending.
