Do they share a licence or company?
No. They run under different companies of the same group: Bet BG AD and Brobet Limited. A shared owner is still on record: Efbet is at the top of both owner chains.
What this means for players
Same owner often means the same terms, the same support team and the same payout rules. A self-exclusion at one brand may not cover its sister sites. Check each brand’s terms before you rely on a self-exclusion; a national scheme (such as GamStop in the UK or Spelpaus in Sweden) covers every licensed site in that country.
