How we build this list
- Brand owner: the date in our data since when the brand's current owner group has it. It can be the date of a brand sale or of a takeover of the whole company.
- Group takeover: a company that became part of a bigger group, when our owner text gives the date next to the name of the new parent.
- Licence starts and ends: dated licence records from regulator registers. We leave out dates that more than 20 licences share, because they are placeholders, not real events.
- We do not guess dates. A change without a date in our data is not on this page.
