Who runs each brand

Do they share a licence or company?

No. They run under different companies of the same group: Casino de Spa S.A. and Cortex Holding S.A.. A shared owner is still on record: Ardent Group (Gaming1) is at the top of both owner chains.

What this means for players

Same owner often means the same terms, the same support team and the same payout rules. A self-exclusion at one brand may not cover its sister sites. Check each brand’s terms before you rely on a self-exclusion; a national scheme (such as GamStop in the UK or Spelpaus in Sweden) covers every licensed site in that country.
