Do they share a licence or company?

Yes, the licensed company is the same (Skill On Net Limited), because the platform company runs both sites. The brands still have different owners.

What this means for players

One platform company running both sites can mean the same payment and support systems, and often the same licence and terms. The brands themselves belong to different companies. A self-exclusion at one may not cover the other.
