Yes — HappyCasino and OneCasino are both owned by LCKY Group (formerly Glitnor Group). They run under different companies of the same group: Forseti Services Limited and One Casino Limited. The owner link for HappyCasino and OneCasino is reported, not verified: it comes from press reports, not from a licence register or the brand’s own terms.

What this means for players

Same owner often means the same terms, the same support team and the same payout rules. A self-exclusion at one brand may not cover its sister sites. Check each brand’s terms before you rely on a self-exclusion; a national scheme (such as GamStop in the UK or Spelpaus in Sweden) covers every licensed site in that country.
