Are Meridian Casino BE and Meridianbet Serbia owned by the same company?

Yes — Meridian Casino BE and Meridianbet Serbia are both owned by Golden Matrix Group (Meridianbet) (both through Meridianbet (Meridian Gaming)). They run under different companies of the same group: FUN2PLAY (SA/NV) and MERIDIAN TECH D.O.O. Beograd. The owner link for Meridian Casino BE is reported, not verified: it comes from press reports, not from a licence register or the brand’s own terms.

Same owner

Who runs each brand

Do they share a licence or company?

No. They run under different companies of the same group: FUN2PLAY (SA/NV) and MERIDIAN TECH D.O.O. Beograd. A shared owner is still on record: Golden Matrix Group (Meridianbet) is at the top of both owner chains.

What this means for players

Same owner often means the same terms, the same support team and the same payout rules. A self-exclusion at one brand may not cover its sister sites. Check each brand’s terms before you rely on a self-exclusion; a national scheme (such as GamStop in the UK or Spelpaus in Sweden) covers every licensed site in that country.
